At The Sapphire, everything Bentonville has to offer is at your fingertips. Ride your bike just 1.5 miles down the road and you'll hit Coler Mountain Bike Preserve and Slaughter Pen - two of NWA's premier MTB trails. Interested in experiencing the local food scene? Walk, drive or scoot a few minutes to Downtown Bentonville or 8th Street Market. Both are hubs for some our favorite local creations!
Offering amenities for up to 16 people, our three-story, 7-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home is the perfect blend of luxury and convenience!
Upon arrival, you'll be greeted by our main living room area. Complete with a comfy couch, two lounge chairs, an easy-to-use remote-controlled fireplace, a 55-inch Samsung TV and Sonos sound system, this is the perfect place to curl up with a good book and a cup of coffee.
Head down the hallway and you'll enter our stunning kitchen and dining area. Our kitchen features a large, granite-top island with four barstools, high-end amenities and appliances, a ton of built-in storage and direct access to the back porch. A 12-top dining table sits to the right of the kitchen area, offering a comfortable place to enjoy meals. Here, you'll also find a 55-inch Samsung TV and our piano - perfect for an after-dinner sing-along!
Downstairs on our ground floor, you'll find our second kitchen and living room area. This kitchen features high-end amenities, a four-top dining table, and even has heated floors! Here, you'll also find our second living space, which is home to a couch with a Full-size foldout bed, a 55-inch TCL Roku and direct access to the backyard.
When it's time to settle down for the night, choose from any of our SEVEN private bedrooms.
On the main floor:
(1) Our first Primary bedroom features a King-size bed, closet, 55-inch TCL Roku TV and en suite bath.
Upstairs:
(2) Our second Primary suite has a King-size bed, closet - with a Pack and Play - and en suite bath.
(3) Our third bedroom has a Queen-size bed, closet and nearby bath.
(4) Our fourth bedroom has a Queen-size bed, closet and nearby bath.
(5) Our fifth bedroom has a Twin-size bunk bed and nearby bath. We recommend this room for kids!
On the ground floor:
(6) Our sixth bedroom has a King-size bed, closet and nearby bath.
(7) Our seventh bedroom has a Queen-size bed, closet and nearby bath.
Outside, unwind on our double-decker porch! On the lower level, you'll find our HOT TUB, outdoor shower, and seating for two. On the upper level, you'll find a BBQ grill and eight-top outdoor dining table!
Guest Access:
Guest Access & Amenities:
Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.
Other Things to Note:
★ The driveway is shared with the neighbor, so please observe parking guidelines closely.
House Rules that are strictly enforced:
- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.
- Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000.
- This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.
- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.
- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1,000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.
