"My friend and I had a great stay in the cabin. It was enough room for the 2 of us. Checking in and out was easy. The hot tub was really nice and clean! Cell service is a little spotty but to be expected in such a great/remote location. Would definitely recommend!"

"My husband and I stayed at this property for his birthday getaway for 1 night and loved it. I was pleasantly surprised that it was just as it appears in the picture. The place was clean and the bed was so comfortable! I would just be mindful that you’re in the middle of nowhere and the closest store like Walmart or the gas station is about 30 mins away, so just prepare in advance for that. I would also make sure you double check in advance with the host for your key code to enter the property...

"Overall we enjoyed our stay, but they apparently have a hornet problem around the cabin. I got stung and had them chase me. The guys staying in the cabin next to us said they had some fly into the fire they had going at night. I had to kill 2 inside the cabin too. Also from the pictures it looks like the river is a lot closer than it actually is. They also expect you to drive your garbage 10 minutes down the road to put it in dumpsters. We only had our car and it was packed plus I’m not putting...

"Overall delightful stay. Nice location for peace & & solitude. Had hoped we could walk around area near property but it was suggested we stay off neighboring properties. Owner is very responsive & helpful if you have questions. Clean & very roomy. Good price and we liked location. Outside needs some major TLC - like decks, grill not useable, & remove extra items on ground, etc. There are a lot of little things that could be improved - dishwasher cleaned well, hook on upstairs bathroom door...

"The setting of the cabin is lovely - just across the road from the river. We were busy elsewhere during the day so we didn't get to enjoy the view as much as we would have liked to. In the summer, it's likely wonderful. The cabin is older and not much has been updated, but it is nicely kept and clean. This is not a fancy place, but was a great place for a home base for hiking in the area. "
