The host greeted us and explained whatever we needed to know regarding supplies and how to handle recycles and refuse etc. The TV malfunctioned before we arrived and they exchanged their TV with ours. The kitchen was well stocked with all we needed/ very updated and very clean and quiet place to stay. We recommend this VRBO!!"

"THE PROPERTY WAS IN A QUIET NEIGHBOURHOOD. THERE IS A CARGO TRAIN THAT PASSES A FEW TIMES A DAY BUT YOU DO NOT HEAR IT. THERE IS A SCREEN THAT SHIELDS ANY NOISE AND VISION OF IT. THE HOST WAS KIND, GRACIOUS AND ACCOMMODATING. IT IS ABOUT 10-15 MINUTES FROM THE OLD TOWN OF REGENSBURG.CERTAINLY A PLEASANT PLACE TO STAY.IT IS IMPORTANT TO NOTE THAT THERE ISN'T ANY TV OR LOUNGE AREA. "Wir hatten einen kurzen Aufenthalt in dem kleinen Häuschen. Leider nur kurz, denn es hat uns super gefallen und wir wollten gar nicht wieder weg. Es war alles da was man alltäglich benötigt und die Einrichtung war schön und praktisch, mit vielen kleinen Details. Ein Highlight war natürlich der Whirlpool im Garten. Die nähere Umgebung ist auch sehr schön und läd zum wandern und erkunden ein. Wir hatten eine wundervolle zeit und auch unser Hund war willkommen. Wir kommen gerne wieder:) "

"Received by Roland with a big smile, open arms, greetings, and oriented us to our beautiful apartment. Roland also shared points of interest in the nearby towns. The apartment had many informative brochures/pamphlets. The apartment had everything we needed and was in a beautiful town close to the Autobahn, shops, restaurants, and grocery stores.
