"A lot of history in the house to share with guests. When we arrived no staff were present to great us or give us a room key. Luckily, I knocked on several doors and one of the guests reluctantly opened the door and helped me get in touch with management to get the key. As their standard practice is to email guests in advance to tell them where their room key is located and arrange a breakfast time the next day.
