"Room was great. Loved the layout. The hall way smelt like garbage mixed with a sickly combination stench of fish and flowers. Gagging everytime we left the elevator or room. There was only one elevator so sometimes there is a long queue and expensive car parking on site. Great location and clean room. Staff were friendly. "

"Check in was a little disappointing. Original 3rd floor room replaced with 2nd floor even though paid extra for upgrade. Champagne wasn't in room for the surprise arrival or bags. Apparently in level 3 room. So took the ambience & celebration out of the special event. One can not take back the memory. Was very disappointed in receptions attitude as well, even when tipped. Made it to new room only to have to go down to ask about champas. No apology just excuse of other room had an issue of...
