For anyone looking for peace and quietness in a hotel totally geared for personal service, then you cannot do much better than this hotel in a small Turkish village in the mountains north of Izmir.

A wonderful rustic boutique hotel/homestay in a small rural village that is located close to the ruins of Bergama and Aigai. It is run by a family and we were hosted by the charming Sibel who speaks english, is an excellent cook and has a wealth of knowledge about the history of Turkey. If you want an authentic experience you must stay here.

Amazing stay!

Loved everything about our stay. Wonderful hosts who couldn’t do enough for us. We arrived late, 10pm and they were ready and waiting with the room ready to go. Once we settled in, they offered us tea and a home made dessert. This marked a perfect beginning to my father’s and my road trip!

Going back in time.

We were very welcomed . Great hospitality. Our room was very spacious comfortable bed. Sitting area. Breakfast and dinners all nice home cooked meals. It has a nice courtyard with several sitting areas. Aldo the road to the place passing little villages ,passing wild horses and cows walking trough the village.

A hidden gem run by a mother-daughter team. We wished we had been able to stay 2 nights here. We stopped here on our way to the ruins of Pergamon (25 min drive away). The host served both dinner (lamb meatballs) and breakfast (homemade cheese) which featured all organic produce from her garden. Just delightful

Det var en fantastisk upplevelse att få bo i detta hotel, ca 500 år grekiska stenhus. Vår värdinna var fantastisk. Hon talade bra engelska och svarade tålmodigt på alla våra frågor. Vi åt en mycket välsmakande middag gjord på huvudsakligen egenodlade och egentillverkade ingredienser. Även den fina frukosten bestod i huvudsak av egenproducerade produkter. Vistelsen på detta hotell var en höjdpunkt på vår resa. Ett stort tack till vår värdinna!

Fomos recebidos com um belo sorriso da anfitriã , uma pessoa maravilhosa. A casa de pedra é incrivel, térmica. Como fomos no verão, achei super fresca, dormimos muito bem. Yüzde yüz misafirperverlik.

İsmaili köyüne kadar gittik. Burada otel olmaz dedik. Dolandırıldık sandık.. Ama birden 1.000 yazan yuvarlak tabelalı harika ahşap kapıyı Atatürk büstünün yanında fark ettik. 2 çocuğumuzla 4 kişilik aile olarak harika bir misafirperverlik ve güleryüz ile karşılandık. Tertemiz oksijen e boğulduğumuz güzel bir gün gece ile güne güzel bir kahvaltı ile başladık. Kahvaltı yeterli, israfsız ve lezzetliydi. Birdaha Ege ye gidersek harika bir saatlik dağ yolculuğu sonrası bu otele mutlaka gideriz. Eski bir köy evinden restore edilme.. O yüzden yapısal ufak tefek kusurları var. Konfor ve lüks takıntısı olanların bilgisine..
