"Lovely friendly staff, my upset at not having enough pillows and coat hangers was rectified immediately. The only downside was the breakfast was not worth the 10 E that it cost. Otherwise a comfortable stay. Would go again "

"We realized within one hour, that there was no way we could stay in this tiny mouse house. My husband’s allergies kicked in within minutes, and he became completely congested. We called, texted and emailed Ann, the property manager, repeatedly, starting one hour after arriving, and continually for four days without response, saying that we wanted to give the keys back, so we could go home or move on, making clear that we did not expect a refund of the rental fee. "For the price I paid I was VERY Happy with Résidence Lagrange Vacances Le Clos des Vignes. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great location right next to the park / beach . We ate out most of the time but everything appeared to be within the apartment for those who eat in. Furniture a bit jaded, but again for what I paid for it I can't complain. Would definitely return. "

"It was decent. There are safes in the rooms but ours didn’t work. When I told the owner , he said that nobody were using them anyway. I said that people probably didn’t because they were not working, although they looked brand new. He responded that they needed batteries, but they didn’t need any since nobody was using them. This is definitely the wrong answer to qualify for being customer oriented. Some staff lacked grooming."

"Lovely property located down a track providing an isolated location. The charming house is set within the grounds which are completely secure. A big plus for us with two dogs which had a fabulous time running around and us not worrying if they could escape. It was like living in a park. So much space and tranquility. House well equipped. Great shower and plenty of hot water. Easy distance to Bergerac in the car and other local towns. 20 min walk to the local lake. Swimming here restricted...
