"First of all the welcome was perfect. Nicky met us at Castell de Ferro and guided us through the winding roads to the Villa. The house itself was huge and very well presented. With 5 spacious bedrooms and almost as many bathrooms. The children loved exploring every bit of it. In terms of amenities, the house is very well equipped had everything our family needed. There was even an extra fridge freezer in the laundry room (in case we got too carried away with our shopping). Entertainment wise...

"In that apartment you can't sleep on the bed in the bedroom, it's horrible. Then he offered me another apartment in another location a little further from the sea which was better and bigger but had no air conditioning. I had no other option and so I had to struggle to live in an almost unbearable heat, of course I couldn't really sleep. I will never return. Very bad experience"

"The furnishings are a bit dated but overall the apartments are big and comfortable with a good balcony. The swimming pool is the best we have ever experienced catering for children and adults. It is huge and is thoroughly cleaned every day before opening including all the sunbeds being hosed down . Roquetas does suffer from high winds when the sea is not good for swimming so to have this wonderful pool is a bonus."

"From Geoffrey meeting me to check me in to this very bright and spacious apartment to him seeing us off at the end of our stay.we had a great stay restaurant’s and bars a short stroll away beaches only a bit further I would recommend this apartment and would stay again when in the area."

"Lovely hotel and area. Stayed as a family of 4, the employees throughout the hotel were lovely. The food at the buffet was good quality. Kids loved both the main and splash pool. They had an awesome Halloween display throughout the foyer, restaurant and one down the corridor which was lovely."

"Muy buen hotel, todo el presonal es de 10 de amable y efficiente (desde recepcion, comedor,spa). Siempre por ti personalmente. La comida muy buena, con rincon cena tematica cada noche. En general esta todo muy bien pensado hasta en los pequeños detalles que mejora muchissimos tu estancia comparado a otros hoteleles de la zona. Ej. Herbidora con té,infusion,cafe en la habitacion; tombona confortable, bien aislado, ect... Minibar (aunque en 9 dias no me reponieron lo poco que he bebido). Un solo punto negativo el suelo de la habitacion era sucio y nunca fregaron."

Decent Place and Friendly Staff!

"The hotel staff was really friendly and nice with us! The food was good, for the amount of tourist they were always keeping it as clean as possible, you do notice that the hotel has already few years and the facilities requires a bit more of love, but it is very nice for family with small kids! Also considering the time I would not recommend going in August as it shares the pool with the other hotel nearby Playa Linda and it can be challenging finding a sun bed!!! "
