The location was fabulous within a few minutes walk of shopping on the Ku'Damm and several train stops. "Room very clean and bed comfortable. Not much of a wardrobe but we just had back packs so not an issue. Not tea and coffee facilities in the room, not an issue for us, but may bother some people. Bathroom compact but very nice. Great location, lots around and easy to walk to in this part of Berlin. One strange thing was they had a planned power cut for 4 hours on the Saturday. No lifts available which I didn’t think was very good with guests there. We were still out then so it didn’t affect us...

"It was a lovely hotel. The area is amazing. Touristy enough but calm. If you want to be where all the tourist attractions are, do not stay here. But if you want to see more German people and still be close to tourist things and be in a nice area, definitely recommend. The room was pretty big with a comfortable bed. The tv was not a smart tv and the Roku didn’t fit so it was annoying at night. The service was not great, asked for a few things multiple times before getting done and the lobby...
