Wifi issues, terrible internet connection. Was placed in the furthest corner of the hotel on the top floor despite my wife having walking issues wearing a cane. Staff didn’t ask if we would prefer a closer hotel room for handicap accessibility.

Brilliantly located for a Berlin city break - you can easily walk to Tiergarten and get anywhere in the city from the station across the road! Nice if compact room (2 sharing was fine, would be perfect for solo travel) and really good breakfast - we were there for the half marathon and it was ideal. Would recommend.

Great for the Price

Everything was OK. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Pretty basic, but for a few nights at a good price it was perfect. Great locction a few steps from the Kudamm and Zoo train station. Lots of homeless people in that area, but that's Berlin.

i stayed here with 4 friends for a city break in berlin and the staff were incredibly accommodating in recommending places to go and were very friendly and welcoming!! the room was perfect for us and cleanliness wasn’t an issue at all. the hotel is situated directly next to the train station which was very convenient, however, we found at night (after around 10pm), the surrounding areas around the hotel felt quite unsafe especially for female travellers but this is no fault of the hotel itself as during the day the area felt safe to walk through and navigate. overall, the hotel and staff were amazing and i would recommend staying here but remaining vigilant in the evening.

This was a perfect place for us to stay in Berlin. We were walking around the city all day and it was a great place to crash and sleep. Beds were comfortable, everything was clean and bathrooms were really nice. We would stay again! Only thing I wish they had was an English channel on the TV but it was kind of fun to watch things in German :D

The hotel was located in a great place, with public transportation and lots of supermarkets and restaurants. The hotel itself has a starbucks cafe at the ground floor and a roof terrace. We booked a 5-bed room with my family. The room was newly decorated and clean, but there was only a small desk available.
