This brand NEW apartment has just been completed and is now bookable :)
It is located on the ground floor of an apartment building directly on Brunnenstrasse in the sought-after Mitte district, just a few meters away from Brunnenstrasse and therefore at a crossroads in Berlin's history.

Just a few meters away is the Berlin Wall Memorial and the famous Mauerpark. The apartment has been modernly designed and lovingly prepared for groups.

The apartment is on the ground floor of a renovated apartment building directly on historic Brunnenstrasse.
You enter the premises through your own entrance.
Behind it is the spacious living-dining area with a comfortable seating area, a large dining table and a kitchen equipped for a sightseeing stay. This is equipped with a stove, an oven and a dishwasher.
Behind the kitchen there are two modern bathrooms with a floor-level shower and a toilet.
