Great hotel with friendly and helpful staff, especially Max. The location was perfect with U and S bahn stations all within a 10 min walk. A variety of restaurants are also within walking distance as is the main shopping street where KaDeWe is located. Breakfast was good with a decent selection of food options, though the hot selection could offer something different daily. However, I would recommend this hotel as there were more positives than negatives.

The hotel is really in the center, and subway or stops are very close, and the room was comfortable and clean, but the mini fridge is missing in the room, and that's quite astonishing. Breakfast was good. For sure it is not like a Hilton.The staff are helpfull. The only bad thing I can say is the hotel is very close to the S-Bahn, and especially the twin rooms are looking that way and are loud.
