The hotel is easy to reach by train from central station and is around the corner from Ku'damm. It is super centrally located. The hotel is clean and has everything one needs for a trip to Berlin. For guests with mobility issues, note that the bathtub/shower wall is high and might provide some issues getting in and out.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable, the staff friendly and very helpful. The U-bahn and S-bahn was in easy walking distance and there was a good variety of restaurants and shops nearby. The breakfast was basic continental but a good selection. Unfortunately, the restaurant next door played very loud music on the Sunday which attracted drivers in noisy cars making sleep impossible. The other nights were fantastic and had perfect night's sleep.

Hotel just off Kdam shopping street

Very nice hotel just off the Kdam shopping street. The hotel is very strick on check in times, 3pm....so plan ahead. Room & bathroom was very nice, very big bathtub which is why I picked the hotel. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices. Would stay again.

The hotel is very well located. Near to public transport. The first person we met at the hotel was very helpful. And there was also one other staff that was polite. But the English wasnt very good. Borderline rude when we tried to check in. The breakfast is not at a 4 star breakfast. Barley 2 star breakfast. The staff didnt say hello back and we didnt feel welcomed. The rooms was ok. But in need of renovation. We could here the neighbours very clear. Overall ok but not a 4 star hotel.

Perfectly decent hotel, well situated for shopping and with large, pretty comfortable rooms. Nothing to criticise or get excited about. Didn’t have breakfast so can’t judge. No bar or public areas to speak of. Very lively Shisha bar/restaurant right next door but never heard a thing. Very fair value overall.

Das Hotel ist gut gelegen, um Konzerte im Olympiagelände zu besuchen. Es ist sauber, das Personal nett, aber leider auch etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Ich verweile gern da. Frühstück ist auch toll.

Soggiorno con amici

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per 3 notti, scelto per la posizione che ci permetteva di raggiungere in poco tempo l'olympiastation. Posizione comoda per i mezzi (S Bahn) e quartiere generalmente tranquillo. La pulizia della camera durante il soggiorno ha lasciato a desiderare: hanno lasciato le tazzine sporche per tutto il soggiorno senza cambiarle e le tende erano un po' polverose. Il resto della stanza è il bagno erano ben puliti. Nonostante fossimo in 3 persone hanno lasciato solo due tazzine, due bicchieri e due set per asciugamani di cui abbiamo dovuto richiedere un set aggiuntivo ogni sera.
