Overall great hotell
A bit in the middle of nowhere at a beautiful location in the woods by the beach. Very friendly and helpful staff. A bit disappointed that the pool had an entrance fee of 6€ per day. Room was nice and comfortable but I think they were in a hurry when they last cleened it, they forgot to vheck behind the bathroom door so we got a bit of an unpleasant surprise when we closed it.

Not worth it at all
I would not return to this hotel. 1) Sheets had holes in them. We discovered it after dinner, and decided to live with it. 2) NO AC. It was unbearably hot, insanely hot. Falling asleep was a challenge, and downright uncomfortable. It was 27 degrees outside, but far hotter inside. We’re not from the US, so we’re not used to AC, but for a “luxury” hotel, you should be able to expect a cool room in the summer. 3) No complementary shampoo or conditioner. Not even a shower gel. They’d put hand soap in the shower stall….. 4) No a la carte menu after five. What the hell? You’re forced to pay 26 euros for a buffet that’s not vegan or vegetarian friendly if you want dinner at the restaurant. They had a great a la carte menu that looked wonderful, but apparently you’re supposed to have dinner before 17.00. 5) Electrical charger for our tesla did not work, and the staff could not help us. It’s not their chargers, but they obviously collaborate with a charging company in order to have the stations on their premises. We chose this hotel so we could charge. 5) We had to pay for parking despite not being able to charge our car. The parkering garage is EXTREMELY small and the ceiling is low. So low, when we opened our trunk, it scratched against the ceiling, and we ended up with dents. 6) You have to pay to use the pool. Fine, but the pool was booked until 18.00 because of a fitness aerobic class. So basically, it was pointless. All in all. Too expensive and not a fancy hotel.

Hatten extra Wellness und Spa Hotel gebucht und dann war Wellness und Spa ohne Vorinformation geschlossen. Eine Entschädigungen oder Kostminderung gab es nicht. Desweiteren war das Fenster vom Zimmer an einen Gang des Hauses ausgerichtet mit besten Blickfang für andere Gäste. Können das Hotel nicht weiter empfehlen und würden da selbst nicht noch einmal hinfahren.

Positives: es gab genug Parkmöglichkeiten vor dem Hotel, damit man sich die teure Tiefgarage sparen konnte Nett: bei Nichtinspruchnahme der täglichen Zimmerreinigung bekommt man ein kleines Goodie Negatives: - Email an das Hotel vor der Anreise wurde nicht beantwortet - im Restaurant gab es abends grundsätzlich nur ein Buffet (und das eine Mal, wo wir es probiert haben, war es das nicht wert) - an der Bar gab es keine Kleinigkeiten zum Essen, auch wenn es so angegeben ist - den Wellnessbereich würden wir nicht so nennen; in der Sauna gab es keine Möglichkeit sich hinzulegen (Ruheraum ist geschlossen); auch im Schwimmbad nur wenige Liegen; eine Behandlung gibt es nach Verfügbarkeit der ext. Personals mit mind. 24-h-Voranmeldung

Entspanntes verlängertes WE mit Sohn
Wir zu zweit in den Herbstferien in Potsdam. Das Hotel hatte ich wegen Schwimmbad, Bowlingbahn, Billiard und Tischkicker ausgewählt, um auch vor und nach den Tagesausflügen Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten mit meinem Sohn zu haben. Zimmer und Frühstück waren auch sehr gut. Lediglich abends sollte es außer Buffet auch etwas für den kleinen Hunger vor allem für Kinder geben. Die sehr freundliche Bedienung hat uns aber auch hier geholfen. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden. Besten Dank!
