Holiday Apartment Metaponto

Hello! Summer 2019 is upon us. I propose a beach holiday in a beautiful terraced house located in a 4-star tourist village of Metaponto, half an hour from the picturesque and enchanting Matera. The house is equipped with all comforts: air conditioning, washing machine, double veranda and private parking space. It consists of 2 bedrooms with 4-5 beds in total, a living room with kitchen and bathroom. The holiday village has a semi-Olympic swimming pool, tennis / football courts, entertainment and a little train to the sea. The house is in a strategic point as it is close to the commercial area of ​​the village.

There are mandatory costs of € 30 for adults and € 15 for children from 3 to 10 years per week to be paid at the reception as a club card to access the attractive services of the structure.

Villetta strategica e casa che ha accontetato grandi e piccina
La villetta è vicinissima all'area divertimento del villaggio (parco giochi, ristorante, campetti, piscina, teatro, etc.), mentre dista un po' dal mare, al quale comunque si arriva facilmente grazie alla frequente corriera (che non è stata mai affollata). Gli spazi sono ampi per un soggiorno di tre persone (coniugi e figlia). Efficienti e funzionali quasi tutti gli elettrodomestici: boiler, frigo, forno e lavatrice. Peccato per il condizionatore un po' "affaticato"; mentre il televisore non lo valuto perché - ringraziando il Cielo - tra amici conosciuti sul posto, gite e spettacolini - non lo abbiamo usato. Materassi decisamente da rivedere, ma francamente non c'è da lamentarsi: la casa è stata comoda dalla cucina al terrazzino e, insomma, se si vuole andare nello spazio bisogna pur contribuire alla "benzina". Noi abbiamo preferito fermarci in questo piccolo angolo di relax e divertimento. Grande, comunque, la disponibilità della proprietaria, che infatti sono sicuro renderà ancora più accogliente la casa già per la prossima stagione (ossia per il 2022). Volendo tornare a Metaponto, avrei piacere di prenotare la stessa casa!
