"Super location, older character style properly right on the main square. Very helpful stuff. However rooms are dated and beds uncomfortable. We booked superior room which was very basic. I can only imagine what standard rooms are like. Toilet and bathroom are separate across the room which was not good having to go across to wash your hands after using toilet facility. "My wife and I chose this hotel as a stop on our tour of the Route du Vin in Alsace. Although the hotel was adequate there are much better accommodations available in the area at a far better price. We were disappointed to learn shortly after checking in, that the restaurant on site was not an option. They offered only a menu that seems more geared toward groups that are staying at the hotel. We travelled to Ribeauville for dinner, and wished we had stayed there instead."

"Great place to stay. The lady on the desk was really lovely and helpful- I arrived much earlier than planned and was able to check into my room upon arrival even though check in hadn’t started. Room clean and comfortable- I had also been upgraded which was a great bonus. Only downside is the WiFi is very slow and my phone had no service. Yours may be different but do bare this in mind! "
