Summer vacation rental on Panther Lake! Also available to rent the rest of the year for snowmobiling, hunting, ice fishing, salmon fishing (just 20 minutes away) or just a relaxing getaway on the lake. Right on the water with your own dock with stairs leading into the water. New for 2021 is a 5 person hot tub in our remodeled three season room! Bring your boat OR... ASK ABOUT RENTING OUR BOAT FOR YOUR STAY! Great fishing, swimming, and water skiing or tubing. Relax on the large two-level deck and watch the sunset by the fire pit. Professionally landscaped. Central air conditioned. Four bedrooms, 2.5 baths. Can sleep 11+.
Huge master bedroom with a king sized bed and master bathroom has a jacuzzi tub. Enough room to setup a blowup mattress and/or crib as well. Enjoy a cup of coffee at the cozy sitting area overlooking the lake. 50” 4K smart TV. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, and just enough room to set up a small porta-crib if needed. Bedroom 3 has two bunk beds (sleeps 4). Bedroom 4 has two twin beds. Queen sleeper sofa or inflatable bed located in the living room on the main floor.
Prepare meals for all your guests in the spacious kitchen. Propane grill located on the deck. Two-car garage available to park out of the sun (or snow). Lots of parking available for your guests. 6 night minimum stay during the summer: Check in after 4:00pm. Check outs by 11:00am.

Great family venue

Great spot to spend some time with family and friends. House has every toy (boat, kayak, paddle board, paddle wheeler, ping pong table, darts, hot tub, fire pit) for all age ranges to keep the fun meter at high throughout the stay. Love the large dining room table where everyone can comfortably gather and enjoy food and games. Miles was always responsive and a great host. Hope to return in winter when the lake freezes over.

Exactly what we needed
Clean home with the perfect amount of space for our family. Owner was quick to help with anything we had questions about. Lake was beautiful and we spent most of our time outside with the paddle boat, swimming, and lounging on the decks. Hope to go back again next year!

Great place!
Beautiful, clean spacious home for all to enjoy. Our family ranged in age from 13 months-86 years old. We had great weather and were in the water everyday. We are from the city and appreciated the sandy bottom of the lake and no seaweed. The steps going into the lake were perfect for my 86 year old father. Beautiful sunsets every night! We will be back!

Perfect Weekend Getaway
Thank you for sharing your home with us. We planned a very last minute weekend getaway and Miles was easy to work with and very timely with answers to any questions we had. Wonderful family getaway
The week started out a little rocky with power and water going out due to power outages. Miles communicated well through the ordeal and provided a partial refund. Overall the house was as described and very clean. We loved the use of the tubes and kayak. Parking was easy as well as check-in and check-out. We loved our stay and would recommend 100%!

Lovely Stay
The property is a perfect size for a family to comfortably fit. There was a pack-n-play, high chair and toys for a little one; all kinds of board games, cards and water "toys" for older kids. Unfortunately not all of our family could come stay with us so we did not use many of the "toys". That being said, it was calm and peaceful and we thoroughly enjoyed the comfy furniture on the lower deck and the beautiful sunsets.

Nice Spring Break Getaway
We stayed there during the spring break with several teens. It was a cozy and comfortable house by the lake. Miles was very responsive and helpful with all of my questions. The neighborhood was quiet, secluded. The house has a nice lake view we enjoyed while barbecuing at the deck. Kids enjoyed the table tennis and the dart at the basement. Overall, we were very happy and well rested after a long, dreadful upstate NY winter.

Perfect location on Panther lake
This was a family vacation with all adult children. Very comfortable property with everything you need to enjoy this beautiful lake. The view from the top deck is gorgeous. The water is clear and refreshing. I would, however, not recommend for anyone who has trouble with stairs. The stairs from the top deck down to the water are very steep. My husband did not venture down them. All in all, a beautiful spot.

Panther Lake Escape
We enjoyed a week of family time on Panther Lake. We were able to bring our fishing boat and tie it to the dock right in front of the camp. Everyone caught multiple fish. Everything at the camp worked as it should. It was very quiet during the week. The grocery store was near enough that restocking essentials was painless. We had one issue that was resolved in a timely manner. We would recommend Miles’ rental to family and friends.

Week at Panther Lake
The house is located on a nice lake and is plenty big enough. We had dinner a few nights out on the deck and enjoyed swimming and fishing throughout the week. It was fun to use the paddle board that was provided. The property is not far from Lake Ontario, so if you are up for a day trip it is nice to go see a Great Lake, visit Fort Ontario, go to Ontario Orchards for some local cider and stop by the Midway drive in theater to watch some movies under the stars. We enjoyed our week very much.

Fishing Trip
We are all incredibly thankful for the property and boat Miles provided to us. For the past three years, me and several family members have gone on a men’s Fall fishing trip but didn’t catch anything of worth until this year. This is a wonderful place - great kitchen amenities, clean, comfortable, extra fridge in basement, absolutely beautiful decks! You will have no problems with access to the house as Miles provides everything you need AHEAD of time as well as his phone number. I would say that everything seemed nicer in person. Lovely Lakehouse
We had a wonderful time! This was a time of reconnecting with old friends and what a perfect place to do that in. We really enjoyed sitting on the deck overlooking the lake. It's the perfect spot any time of day - early morning coffee, happy hour or late night dinners. Having the use of the kayak and paddle boat was a big plus. The lake is like glass first thing in the morning, so taking the kayak out for a paddle then was so serene. The house is beautiful. Lots of space for gathering and still spots to tuck away in for some alone time. We cannot wait to visit again. Miles answered our questions quickly and was the perfect host! Thanks for sharing your slice of paradise!

Just what the family needed
The house is newer and beautifully built. Miles, the owner, is excellent to communicate with and very attentive. Everything was as described. The weather was on the cool side but beautiful all week for us. Fishing was great. Our family of 6, everyone caught a couple fish. We even got to see a huge grass carp jump and circle around our boat on the west end. We caught a few small mouth bass, big pickerel (pickle fish as my 4 yr old calls it), some large mouth bass, and some sunnies. Most were caught fishing from the boat, casting to near shore and the cover. Most were caught on a 7 inch powerbait purple/black worm and a few were on a red and white roostertail. Water was bit cool so we didn't tube much, but spent most of our time in the house or on the dock or in the boat. It was just what our family needed before winter's issues. We enjoyed the kayak, canoe, and paddleboat as well as our own kayak and boat. Neighbors and residents were all super friendly and offered suggestions. My eldest wanted to take her mattress home with her it was so comfy. Boys enjoyed the bunkbeds. Other daughter liked her queenbed. The king was on the hard side for my wife and I and made it harder to sleep, but that could be just us too. Being 1.5 hours away, this is a great contender for next year, unless we want to explore other lakes. Time will tell, but I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY AND OWNER, MILES LEWIS. Thanks Miles for a great place and a great family friendly price. Well done sir. :-)
