"We (15 adults) had an excellent weekend away at Dixieland. There were enough beds, bathrooms and living areas that we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. Great kitchen opening onto a deck, and the pool room and hot tub were lots of fun. Great location and responsive hosts. Would recommend. "
