"My friends and I were looking for a place not too far out of Sydney to celebrate my birthday where we could just take a breather, relax and enjoy ourselves with good company. We were immediately impressed when we arrived at the property, the amenities were fantastic and we were all impressed with the pool, spa and sauna! The photos don't do enough justice. "I’ve stayed here twice and have now booked a third trip. The house is perfect for large friend and family gatherings. Our 11 kids spent most of the 4 days in the pool and spa, and the pizza oven got a workout. The attention to detail makes all the difference, for example heating the pool, great kitchenware (actual sharp knives!) plenty of towels, both firm and soft pillows, and the list goes on.Would recommend. "

"Aircon broken. Middle of summer. Took all day and all night to fix in the middle of summer. Then offered no compensation despite having to stay up all night allowing electricians in etc and planning alternative accom as electrician initially said u likely to fix. Management did nothing as compensation. Pool is cold and poorly presented and lawns not mowed. "

"Excellent property with every gadget in kitchen that you might need. Very comfy beds. A short walk into the town of Berry and an easy drive to all the beaches in the area or inland to Kangaroo Valley and Fitzroy Falls. Would highly recommend."

"Cute little cottage in a very central location. Airconditioning was only downstairs and the bedrooms upstairs were very hot, so just be prepared if you go over summer. The patio is cute but not very private of peaceful as you are behind the real estate agents and where all their cars are parked and people coming and going. Cute little house with what you need."
