"This was our 3rd or 4th stay, while visiting our daughter in Boulder. Very comfortable and homey apartment, perfectly clean, equipped for cooking (which we didn't do), even has washing machine and dryer Walking distance to some beautiful hiking trails."

Constructive feedback - Fireplace was a bit smokey initially, so we learned to open the door or window the next times to vent properly. Recliner does not stay reclined, but very comfy otherwise. "

"We stayed in Estes Park for about a week and loved it! We appreciated how family friendly this location was. There were some toys for the kids, sleds, a backpack infant carrier, high chair, etc. It was super accommodating for us as a young family. (Side note: the pack-n-play is a mini version, so a big baby or toddler may not be able to stretch out, but it didn't cause any problems for us! Just a heads up so others can plan accordingly.) "We stayed six nights in this incredible home. The views were incredible in every direction and the location perfect for access to anything you may want to do! This home was beyond welcoming with special touches such as coffee flavorings, full spice cabinet, extra quilts/blankets, pillows, bathroom needs, laundry soap, well stocked kitchen, large grill and two wonderful dining tables, and even a candle lit hot tub and pathway area! The list goes on..... The owners truly care about their guests...

"Great location!! Beautiful Fall River off deck. Loved the home, updated nicely, comfy beds. But, lacking on blinds in windows, especially no blind or “frost” in the main floor shower?! One complaint is we never could get the door code to work to unlock the front door. Luckily (or planned we aren’t sure) they left the back sliding door unlocked. Every time we left we had to leave the back sliding door unlocked, and then when we got home we had to go around the house to get in and open up the...

"Alex was a terrific host and made our stay very cozy. When we arrived it was in the teens (winter) and the walkway was shoveled, the house was warmed up, and easy to get into. He has a fun collection of vinyl -we recommend Herp Albert and Keep Fit and Dance. We even discovered a hidden yoga room on our last day and was sad we didn't take advantage of the lovely space."

"Everything was just as advertised. No communication needed with owner because all was communicated prior, included in book at residence and there were no issues throughout. Great access to Estes Park and RMNP, but also perfect distance from town to feel away. We had a family of 7 that it worked perfectly for and would definitely fit 8 comfortably. Not new or modern, but quaint and cozy and again, just as advertised! We would definitely come back again!"
