Très bel hôtel dans un endroit très calme dans un très beau parc avec de nombreux restes de l'époque de la création des thermes. Les services sont très complets. Belles piscines et divers autres services (sauna, bains turcs, soins corps et visages) à l'intérieur. Salles de bain neuves et spacieuses par contre le mobilier en bois commence à dater et à montrer des signes d'usure.

Spa non inclusa (ma non indicato chiaramente).

Prenotato tramite Hotels.com camera superior con, nella descrizione, Spa inclusa. Arrivati in hotel ci chiedono altri €40 per 3 ore di Spa dicendo che ero chiaramente indicato anche nella descrizione dell'albergo. Contrariato accetto l'extra e dopo un controllo sul sito hotels.com decido di chiamare l'assistenza dello stesso che, dopo aver letto per più di 10 minuti le caratteristiche della struttura scoprono, scritto in una sezione secondaria, che effettivamente è richiesto un pagamento della Spa non specificato ma si stupiscono di come questo non sia indicato chiaramente. Conoscendo la professionalità di hotels.com credo al fatto che la colpa sia solo del Grand hotel Terme della fratta. Buona struttura nonostante il tempo che passa, colazione mediocre ma in tempo di covid è perdonabile, meno la pulizia sommaria della Spa.

In a nutshell my room was full of bedbugs and some other pretty insects. When I first called the receptionist, she behaved like it was normal (!): "yeah, there are in every room". They sent someone only after a couple of hours to try and sort things out. I personally found the whole thing unbelievable, a bit disgusting and somehow surreal to say the least. This is supposed to be "a grand hotel".

I didn’t consider this a 4 star property. While the staff was pleasant, room was clean and it was in a historic building with many Terme baths. The baths were open to the general public and were very busy. The restaurant offered less than expected for a 4 star hotel.

Esperienza negativa per i costi a dir poco incredibili. Abbiamo chiesto per la sera visto che le piscine erano aperte sino alle 23 ,2 piatti di prosciutto 2 di parmigiano un po’ di melone ...2 birre in camera... totale euro 90!!!! Qualcosa di vergognoso. E mi fermo qui.

unbon hotel avec un bon rapport qualité prix

Nous avons séjourné 4 nuits dans cet hôtel, la chambre etait grande, nous n'avons pas eu à nous plaindre du bruit. La partie thermale de l'hôtel est tres agréable. L'hôtel disopse d'un tres grand parking gratuit. Seul bémol il n'y a pas de piscine extérieure et il faut donc prendre les entrées aux thermes pour profiter pleinement de l'hôtel.

Un tres bel hotel, accueuil tres sympathique. Pour 20 euros en plus on peut profiter du spa qui est genial! L ambiance de l hotel et le deco tourne autour des termes ce qui lui va bien. Albergo pulito, gradevole con ottima colazione. Il bello di questo albergo è che si può accedere alle terme (fantastiche) direttamente dall'albergo con accapatoio e ciabatte senza bisogno di cambiarsi tutte le volte che si va alle terme. Le terme hanno un'acustica fantastica: anche con molte persone presenti che parlano non si "subisce" il brusio. Godono anche di un'ottima capienza: con forte affluenza, si trova sempre un proprio angolo relax.

Me ha defraudado que el SPA no estuviera abierto el miércoles, cuando únicamente reservé por ese motivo y a que no es un hotel de fácil acceso. L'hotel e l'annesso centro termale sono davvero ottimi. L'hotel è molto pulito e confortevole, le stanze sono silenziose e ben curate e anche il personale è molto cordiale e disponibile. Ho frequentato questa struttura altre volte e devo dire che è sempre stata all'altezza delle mie aspettative. Fiore all'occhiello il nuovo ristorante Il Giardino Sospeso. Ci tornerò appena possibile.
