Flat exatamente como anunciado. Muito bonito, aconchegante, organizado e funcional, com ótima área de lazer. Funcionários educados e prestativos. Bairro muito bem cuidado, tudo muito limpo e com bastante segurança assim como a praia. Areia branca e água limpa. Proprietária atenciosa e sempre esclareceu as dúvidas que surgiram rapidamente.

Depois do mar, melhor lugar de Riviera.
O apartamento é ideal para um casal, sem defeito algum. Mas o que eu e minha namorada mais gostamos foi do atendimento da Leila. Total disponibilidade e EDUCAÇÃO para atender e conversar pelo Whatsapp e Telefone. Muita presteza e eficiência nas soluções de eventuais pendências, sobretudo para nós que somos de outro estado. Voltaremos e ficaremos no AP da LEILA na Riviera!

Fomos à Riviera de São Lourenço e ficamos nesse apartamento (no Boulevard Flat) e foi uma ótima escolha. A proprietária - Leila - foi muito atenciosa e o apartamento se apresenta em muito bom estado (novinho, bem decorado e equipado). Ótima opção para famílias pequenas (casal e até 2 filhos).
