"Lovely, historic building. Views from our room were bucolic and wonderful. The grounds were peaceful, pretty, and well maintained. On site restaurant fabulous! Beds, not so comfortable. Chose this hotel for all of the above and AC. The AC did not work which made sleeping in July a challenge for these Americans used to that amenity. Even though, I would recommend this hotel for the charm, staff, location, and restaurant."

Although the landlady assured me that it was a quick walk to the center of town, it is not one you would want to repeat more then twice a day, as it is located among apartments outside of the main town.
