Alfredo at the reception was friendly very helpful and was there to assist in all queries and touring needs with his very personable nature. This was really a great professional asset. "Hotel was in a beautiful setting on a cliff overlooking the Ionian Sea. Room was spacious and comfortable. Plenty
of patio space with sun beds by the large saltwater pool and attractive pool bar with extensive bar menu. Food was good. Staff were wonderful. Parking was gated and free - we were lucky to secure a spot as it was off season and one could not reserve in advance. Only criticism was that the hotel was a sprawling design and easy to get lost, and decor a bit dated."
"This is a gorgeous resort hotel that has excellent service, beautiful location. The pool is next level gorgeous next to sea. Good dining. Excellent staff and concierge can book day trips. Just note that beach access is too rocky to swim. There are many stairs all around so hotel is not accessible. Also not much near by. Highly recommend. Very romantic destination. "What a pleasant stay! The hotel is so convenient to everything and a nice easy walk to downtown, all of our favorite restaurants, and the kiosko outside the hotel is so convenient for beverages anytime of the day. Rooms were spacious and breakfast option was simple.
Only thing is the bed was not the best. Definitely needs to improve the mattress before we come back and stay. "
