"We were greeted by our host who had kindly allowed us to deposit our luggage ahead of moving into the cottage. "The cottage was dirty, the kitchen smelt of grease and all the pots where dirty. It smelt very fusty like it had been left unused for a long time. Beds where very uncomfortable, my wife described it as the worst nights sleep she has ever had. None of my kids could sleep either. Left after the first night and had to spend more money to stay somewhere. When I mentioned all this to the host they completely ignored me and stopped responding to my messages."

This did not impact us this time but may impact others. Hotel is out of Salisbury town centre, but there are bus stops very close to the hotel . Buses are frequent and very reasonable. This makes the hotel accessible to town. Would I use the hotel again? - Yes "
