Welcome to your next getaway at Sea Colony Resort! This charming 2-story villa offers everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. As you arrive, you'll be greeted by a spacious open-air deck furnished for your comfort, ideal for morning coffee or evening relaxation.

Enter the villa with ease through a convenient coded entry, and step into a welcoming living space. The first floor features a cozy living room, a dining area perfect for shared meals, and a fully stocked kitchen.

The first floor also includes a comfortable bedroom with two twin beds and a full hallway bathroom. Upstairs, you'll find two inviting bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a full bed, that share a well-appointed hallway bathroom. The primary bedroom is a true retreat, offering a king-sized bed, a private en-suite bathroom, and a lovely balcony with seating for two, perfect for enjoying quiet moments.

Located just steps away from shops, restaurants, and resort amenities like pools and tennis courts, and only a short stroll to a private beach, this villa is ideally situated for convenience and enjoyment. Whether you're planning an action-packed vacation or a peaceful retreat, this villa provides a welcoming and versatile space suitable for guests of all ages.

Sea Colony - The Premier Family Beach & Tennis Resort Community - features a half-mile of private beach. 12 pools (2 indoor), world-class tennis, fitness centers, activities for all ages, summer community shuttle, and year-round security. Sea Colony is ranked among Tennis Magazine's Best U.S. Resorts and by Tennis Resorts Online as one of the finest in the world. The Sea Colony Recreational Association requires a per-person resort fee for guests ages 4 and older. This fee varies by time of year and is mandatory. Please inquire about prices for passes. After your reservation is made, a letter will be sent to you with the required information for the passes.

From VRBO to the check in to getting passes, communication was a complete failure. No one on the site where it says every person has to get a $55 pass to be on property and to get a parking pass. Where tops different things by the lady at check in vs the place to get the passes. Completely financial hardship having to go outside of budget to enjoy beach, pool, and other amenities.
