Bethany Beach Delaware oceanfront vacation

Our vacation at the Sea Colony in Bethany Beach was very good. The oceanfront condo was very well appointed, the view from the balcony was great, and the owners were very helpful and attentive to our needs and gave us great ideas for local restaurants. Walking on the beach and on the boardwalk is always relaxing for us, and it was just steps from the condo. We would recommend this condo to all who want to enjoy Bethany Beach, and would definitely rent the same condo when we return to Bethany Beach.

This is a great vacation spot! Walking distance to night life, restaurants, CVS, and most importantly a Dunkin ! Everyone was friendly and service at all the places we went was superb!

We had a lovely week in this condo. Its newly renovated, spacious and comfortable. The ocean view is beautiful. The owners were helpful and responsive. We would happily stay here again in the future.

Relaxing & Convienent

We enjoyed the well appointed accommodations with many updated touches. The view of ocean is perfect!! Access to the pool, beach and parking spot were very convenient. The owners thought of many small details and gave helpful suggestions throughout our stay. We each left relaxed and with wonderful new memories!

Excellent property for a girls long weekend

Both the property and the property owners were outstanding as my family spent a week there towards the end of March. The property is well-maintained and in a perfect location. Just a few blocks from main downtown area and just steps from the beach. The property owners were gracious in sending us their suggestions and recommendations on where to go and eat. A piece of paradise!!

Enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo. Lovely view from the balcony. Enjoyed exploring the area. Found a great restaurant on Route 54 in Fenwick Island called the Lobster Shanty. Great lobster dinner special if you get there early ... once it (the Lobster) is gone it's over. This rental is close to many restaurants and shops ... and very close to the beach. How can you go wrong! Thank you for sharing this slice of heaven with others.

Perfect Week at Bethany!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back! The condo is beautifully decorated and well stocked with everything we could have needed outside of food. Chad was so welcoming and helpful and really has thought of everything!! Even though Covid interfered with plans to enjoy the playgrounds and weekly beach parties, we still feel like we had a perfect vacation. We look forward to staying next year! Thanks again!

This Sea Colony 2-bedroom condo was terrific for us - two couples on a weekend getaway. This home away from home was very neat, clean, and comfortable with excellent views of the ocean. Chad and Roseanne went out of their way to make this a wonderful place, with great attention to detail. The location is perfect, lots of super places to walk, eat, and relax! The beach is gorgeous and always interesting at all times of day and in any kind of weather. Seeing many dolphins playing offshore from the balcony on our last morning there was such a treat. Thank you for a fantastic weekend!

Amazing !!

504 Chesapeake was an incredible condo to stay in and October was a lovely month to be at the beach. The unit was so well equipped and organized. The owners are extremely helpful and attentive to any questions. There were amazing discoveries even after coming to Bethany several times in the past. We enjoyed the Delaware Botanical Gardens, Holts Landing , Indian River inlet and just watching the ever changing ocean from the comfort of the living room. Highly recommend 504 Chesapeake!

Gorgeous condo with everything you need for an amazing vacation!

My family recently spent a week in this beautiful condo in Sea Colony. The owners did an incredible job making us feel right at home. We loved having beach chairs, boogie boards, and sand toys available to us. The furniture is new and comfy! Chad and Rosanne were always available to answer questions and also gave us SO many options for dining and fun experiences. We went to Assateague State Park and saw the wild horses… incredible! We ate at Bethany Blues, Mangoes, Ropewalk, Hammerheads, and many more places suggested by the owners. Sea Colony is a great place to bring kids because of the pools, activities, and the beach. The lifeguards are second to none! You really couldn’t rent from better people…Thank you Chad and Rosanne!!
