"House was perfect - plenty of beds and areas to hang out together. Very nice kitchen and big dining table. Lake was frozen (should have brought skates!) - but looks like a great place to stay summer or winter. 15 minutes to Sunday River.Janna was very responsive to any questions we had. "Overall, we had a great stay. There were some issues worth mentioning. We arrived at the house and there were no towels at all. The did deliver some bath towels and then had to come back the next day to deliver dish & hand towels. One night on our trip we woke up to no water and were told the well needed to refill. So we just didn’t have water for hours which really interrupted getting ready for our day. They did drop water off to drink but a shower wasn’t possible. Overall, we liked this...

"This is probably one of the best VRBOs i have stayed in. Everything was clean, there was plenty of house hold items to get us started, and the property was well kept. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful. The location is perfect, it feels secluded and quite yet is close to restaurants and Sunday River Ski area. I would absolutely return to this property or any of the others this owner has."

"The property was as listed and was exactly what we needed as a family. Overall, the property is exactly as shown. A great relaxing spot away from everything, but close enough to drive. The host was welcoming with a great welcome basket and suggestions for local attractions. I would absolutely rent from them again. The cookware and options were fantastic. Having your first meal provided is also a great welcome. The couch was very comfortable and the smart TV gives plenty of options to watch...
