We were able to easily park in one of the town garages and walk out the door into the festival each day. There are great restaurants near by. Apartment was nice and clean and we really enjoyed our stay. Only complaint as others have noted is that the ceiling must be very thin as we could hear every footstep of the upstairs apartment. "Upon entering the neighborhood around 11:30pm on a Sunday evening where the rental was located, we immediately noticed that the area was overpopulated. Streets were lined with cars, buildings were packed into one another amongst dilapidated housing. We noticed large amounts of people partying on front porches, and drunk people roaming the streets.
