I’d noticed in a previous review that they kept the house cold- 65- and the host would not turn it up for a previous guest. However the furnace would not stay on for longer the 15 minutes. "This is a duplex. Owner lives upstairs & is very attentive and available via text/phone. The place is old - as are all of the houses in the Bridge District - but nice enough. There were essentials missing in my opinion: toilet paper, toaster or toaster oven. Otherwise we were comfortable & it was nice to be on the ground floor with a yard."
