Understaffed at check in meant huge queues every time we visited reception - sometimes 5 people deep and it was a very slow check in and process to get questions answered when we revisited reception. "We had a good stay at the Oval. The room was spacious and clean and breakfast was good which we can see the Oval from the restaurant. However Kelly who checked us in was not friendly.
