Escroquerie

Compte tenu des images alléchantes des chambres sur le net, j'ai réservé deux nuitées pour 167 €. Avec mon épouse nous avons dormi dans un placard à balai : un lit de 160 cm dans un espace où les clients corpulents ne peuvent se mouvoir, surtout dans la soi-disant salle d'eau si restreinte que le cuvette wc est presque collée au lavabo et au mur. C'est de l'escroquerie. Il est inadmissible que le client soit floué ainsi.

Attention aux apparences!

Contrairement à ce qu'il y avait dans la description le spa était payant en supplément. Les chambres paraissent de qualités mais en réalité le travail a été bâclè. Chose très dangereuse les pseudo ouvertures entre la chambre et la salle de bain ont été réalisé avec des ferrailles inadaptées et surtout très coupantes, ne pas se pendre à l'encadrement au dessus de la porte au risque de perdre les doigts!! sol bosselé, joins de carrelage pas droit caché tant bien que mal par des bandes alu etc... le coin est magnifique mais le prix est trop élevé pour de si piètre prestation!

Très bel hôtel à découvrir. Mérite d'y séjourner.

Hôtel de grande qualité se situant dans un cadre vraiment pittoresque. L' accueil affable du directeur vraiment très agréable mérite d'être souligné. Notre chambre était spacieuse et fort bien aménagée. La piscine également bien équipée était très agréable. Hôtel qui mérite indéniablement d'être découvert. Nous le recommandons sans réserve.

Parfait !

Un grand merci pour ce moment de tranquillité. La chambre, le restaurant, le petit déjeuner et le massage de Delphine... tout était parfait ! De même, le cadre est magnifique et les installations sont modernes.

The property was clean and in a peaceful location. Our room was one of the cheapest but still spacious and comfortable bed. The bathroom was clean and modern. Aircon was adequate for the room. The room needs a small fridge for drinks. The restaurant closed after breakfast and didn't open again until after 1800hours. So you couldn't get a drink between 1100 ans 1800hours. The owner has a small fridge in his office so you buy a can of coke or a bottle of water. There are two restaurants within walking distance of the hotel but they need to be booked about a day or 2 before hand but they also close for siesta between 1400 and 1800hours, nearest restaurant after that is about 7km away. They also take small bookings of 30 people in the whole restaurant at a time for lunch or dinner. A great shame for the location. We did say to the owner that he needs to either supply a fridge, or an ice machine if he plans to keep the restaurant closed for 7 hours during the day. Other than that i would have gone back again as location is very beautiful and peacefull.

Perfect

An oasis in l'Hérault. Gorgeous setting with pretty pool -- check out the cirque du Mourèze. Wonderful innkeeper who cares about your experience. Great room.

Little Gem

This was a beautiful old style hotel, the rooms were basic, but spotlessly clean. It had a beautiful clean swimming pool. We ate in the restaurant, it was fabulous, all local produce freshly prepared. The staff spoke English. They were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast in the morning was again fresh and plentiful. Can't wait to return.

Un véritable paradis

Endroit de rêve. Chambre avec suite superbe, cadre, jardin, piscine magnifique. Rencontre tres sympathique avec notre hote, personne charmante. Tres bel accueil. Die Betten haben sehr harte Matratzen. Wer das nicht verträgt, sollte hier nicht buchen. Alles weitere ist bestens, zudem ist das Personal sehr freundlich.
