Lovely place to stay for a family holiday
My husband and I stayed in the mobile home with our two year old and my husband's mother and father, and we all thought it was clean and lovely and had great facilities. It is situated really well - halfway between the pool/entertainment area and the children's club area/reception. We really appreciated being able to wash our clothes in the washing machine while we were away. If you are English we recommend that you take some DVDs as all the TV channels are in French. Our daughter went to the Bubbles club most mornings for an hour and some afternoons and really enjoyed it. The pool is great with slides but the main entertainment stage next to the pool wasn't open while we were there (but there was entertainment and shows in the bar area) so we would recommend going a bit later in the year if that's important to you. We hired bikes on three days - the site and area is bike friendly, so great to ride round on and there is a cycle path that runs towards the beach and in the opposite direction. There is a choice of bikes - we got one with a child seat on so my daughter could sit on the back. We found the cheapest and best place to hire was a place run by an old couple next to a laundrette, half way to the beach. We found out that the buses in the area don't start until July, so if you are going by plane, we recommend you hire a car - we wish we had. The snack bar next to the pool serves nice and reasonably priced food and the lady who owns it is lovely so we recommend you eat there rather than the more pricey restaurant on site. There are loads of places to eat in the area and there are two Spar supermarkets and an onsite shop so lots of convenience. Sorry to ramble on!
