This recent villa (2009) benefits from modern comfort and architecture typical of old houses in the region. It is located in the quiet area of Mas de Clergues in Octon is located about 1.4 km from Lake Salagou and 10 minutes walk from the village center; in the heart of the Salagou valley (protected natural site), for nature lovers.
Outside, there is a large terrace of around 40 m² shaded by a trellis with a superb view of the Salagou valley and the Mas de Clergues district. A garden of around 200m², with trees and flowers, where nature predominates. There is a barbecue, sun loungers and sunbathing ...
Indoors, the atmosphere is warm with terracotta floor tiles and warm color.
The accommodation (140 m²) is perfectly suitable for up to 10 people because it contains:

Un excellent séjour
La maison est très accueillante, bien équipée et confortable pour un groupe de dix personnes. La terrasse et le jardin permettent de passer beaucoup de temps dehors et de jouir du soleil, mais aussi de l'ombre des vignes qui recouvrent la moitié de la terrasse.
Le village n'est pas loin avec sa place charmante, et le lac tient toutes ses promesses. Nous avons adoré la région et y reviendrons certainement. Merci à Damien pour son très bon accueil et sa disponibilité.

Un grand gîte au calme
Superbe gîte, bien agencé et pensé pour le confort de tous. Tout y est du fer à repasser aux coupes de Champagnes.
Le propriétaire Damien est à l’ écoute et toujours souriant
Dans une région où la nature offre un cadre magnifique aux balades.

Agréable villa familiale
Nous avons séjourné 4 jours dans cette villa.
Nous étions 4 familles, la villa est grande et chacun y trouve sa place. La terrasse est vraiment très agréable, la literie excellente, et la ville est très bien équipée.

Maison très agréable et parfaite pour se retrouver en famille.
Très bien équipée et agencée, nous avons tout apprécié dans ce logement : la déco, la situation, la terrasse, ...
La région est magnifique, Damien est un hôte très agréable.
Nous reviendrons faire les rando que nous n'avons pas eu le temps de découvrir.

une terrasse à l'ombre
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette grande maison spacieuse où il faisait frais malgré la chaleur. La terrasse ombragée, on y déjeune, on y fait la sieste, on profite d'être dehors, un vrai plaisir. Merci à Damien pour son accueil et sa disponibilité.

Conforme au descriptif. Propriétaire charmant. Calme. Vaste. Belle terrasse ombragée ou nos avons''vin pris tous nos repas. Très belle région. Pouvoir aller à octobre pour un verre ou une dégustation est un plus. Accès au lac en 15 mn à pied
