"Overall experience was not bad at all. But front staff including some of their management didn’t know about the Expedia booking but they are available booking through Expedia. They make me wait there for 10 min without any reason just because of the expedia. "

"This hotel is very beautiful and peaceful! Very clean and comfortable, friendly staff. There are beautiful rice fields in the neighborhood, farm animals, a quiet village atmosphere. I loved it! The dinner and breakfast buffet have many dishes suitable for vegetarians."

"We totally enjoyed out stay at the River View. We were picked up from the airport and delivered back. The location was great - right in the middle of the village. The room was clean and spacious. They organised our safari tours for us with their own awesome and very knowledgeable guide! The staff were friendly and attentive. "

"The staff are very polite and accommodating. My safari adventures were well run and the naturalist (Nabin) was so knowledgeable that I even got to spot a tiger! Not many people get to see one. I highly recommend this place. I stayed in one of the well appointed safari tents overlooking the national park. We could even hear a rhino at night munching away under our tent! "

"Overall property was pretty good with garden area and outside dining. Food was acceptable. Off the main road and so less dust and traffic noise. Fan and AC unit worked. Room not as clean as it should be. Main problem, they had screen doors on each room which made a loud banging noise every time they were closed. "Our Stay at the Jungle Sunset Camp was a real good surprise! The Hotel is on the river, very quiet, but still walking distance to the main street of Sauraha (not so big).
