Cote des basque main surf beach is across the road and down the promenade, 5 minutes in the opposite direction you are in the town centre with supermarket, bakery, market, restaurants and shops. "The area is amazing. The apartment was nice but on the street side so very loud. You need to keep door open though cause it would get hot and there was no fan. There was construction going on so that got loud at around 9:15 in the morning. The elevators were very frustrating. The management company staff was really nice though."

"We really loved our stay at Le Garage Biarritz. Our hotel room was big and comfortable, they provided robes and slippers, there is a lovely pool with seats and tables outside, and the staff was so friendly. They also have a focus on sustainability that we really appreciated. Our absolute favorite thing about our stay here is, if you get it with breakfast included, you can either eat in the dining room or you can pre-select by hanging a form on your door before 3am that morning, and they will bring breakfast to you in your room. We did this every morning and it was wonderful. Couldn’t recommend enough."

"For the price and convenience of location this is a brilliant stay in Biarritz. We travelled as a family of four for surfing. Cote des basque main surf beach is across the road and down the promenade, 5 minutes in the opposite direction you are in the town centre with supermarket, bakery, market, restaurants and shops. Follow the road along the coast for a beautiful walk through old town beach, many sights and to the port/town. The heated swimming pool was great and there are laundry, table tennis in the basement. Bar was not open when we stayed but would have been useful for the odd drink. Baggage store and very friendly and helpful reception staff adds to the welcome vibe of the hotel. The building itself and rooms are dated (think this is normal for this style hotel in France) but everywhere was very clean, beds comfortable and kitchenette well equipped for breakfasts and light lunch at the room. Room also had a balcony, sea view and clothes rack to hang the wetsuits to dry - perfect! Thanks to all for a fabulous stay :-) "

"The moment we arrived, the lady on reception was incredibly welcoming, friendly and helpful, and this level of service continued from all staff until we checked out. Great decor throughout the hotel and it was very conveniently located so we could walk to restaurants and bars. We would definitely stay here again."
