This cosy apartment consists of a living space of 30sq. m and is located on the ground floor of a typical Basque residence from the 30’s, newly refurbished. It includes :
- a nice private terrace with a pergola,
- a modern and warm living room,
- a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm)
- a bathroom with shower,
- a well-equipped open kitchen (kettle, coffee machine, toaster, oven, microwave, hot plates, fridge, dishwasher),
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hairdryer, ironing equipment, babycot, high chair,
- TV (the TV only gets 2 channels) and Wi-Fi.

The walls of the room are thin, so noise pollution may occur.

Halfway between the center, the station and the airport, it will only take you a few minutes to join the different beaches. Located 15 min away by foot from the city-center, you will be able to enjoy all the shops and activities of Biarritz. You can also benefit from the very good bus service to move around. The Marion and Mouriscot lakes will as well be a perfect place to rest and chill.
At last, it will be very easy for you to access to the other Basque Country cities.
