"The property is unsafe. There were insufficient supply of electricity. The manager relocated us to another hotel after few days of stayed and only paid for 8 days out of the 26 days of stay left. Double M received full payment for the entire period of stay. Customer care is very poor and customer safety is not a priority here"

"The location that was put in the map is not where the hotel is, I had to travel for 3 hours from where they showed it was located to where it actually was because of the distances and traffic which was the reason why I was looking to book a hotel close to the airport. I called hotels.com to complain about it and they couldn’t not help me, Which I found disappointed! The booking said the rooms included breakfast but upon getting to the property, the management said they wouldn’t give us breakfast...
