It is only 5/10 of a mile from one of Maine's most picturesque beaches, Biddeford Pool, and super close to one of Maine's top colleges UNE (University of New England).

This home has history and character visible in the wide plank pine floors, post, beam construction, and well-kept landscape surrounding the house, including aged stone walls and fantastic lilac trees. Guest will have access to the entire property - Except for the detached garage and large barn.

This vacation home is available for a weekly, weekend, and multiple weeknight rentals only.

We loved the charm and character of this historic home. The proximity to the beach and everything you could need for a long weekend stay was wonderful. We had a fire in the fire pit and all we needed was there for us. The beds were comfortable. The place was cozy and inviting.
