Well equipped four bedroom property with plenty of space in a rural location.

The Granary sits apart from the other cottages at Pattard. There is parking for 2 cars right in front of The Granary.There is a 22Kw electric fast charge point on site. Inside there are four bedrooms 2 doubles upstairs and 2 twin rooms with kitchen family bathroom and large sitting room/dining room downstairs. Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, tumble dryer, fridge freezer, cooker and microwave. Full central heating plus a woodburner in sitting room. There is a patio area outside with steps leading to a meadow where you can play outdoor games or exercise your dog.


Layout

Two twin bedrooms, family bathroom with shower and bath, kitchen and sitting/dining room on ground floor. Upstairs two double bedrooms and shower toilet.

Local Area

Barnstaple railway station is the closest railway station and then the 139 bus to Hartland. Exeter or Newquay airports are closest airports both about 1.5 hours drive.
There are 3 pubs in Hartland all with in a 15 minute walk (about 0.75 miles but it is uphill from here).
The coast is 2 miles.
There is a meadow to enjoy outdoor games or sit and relax or walk your dog.


Getting there

From Bideford follow A39 for about 10 miles until you see a right hand turn for Hartland B3248. Follow this for 2 miles until you get to a sharp left hand bend with a road leading straight ahead signed Hartland Point, Hartland Lighthouse. Follow this for 2 miles until you come to a crossroads where you have to stop (Youltree Cross) Turn left to Hartland. Follow this road for about 0.5 miles down the hill. On a very sharp left hand bend you will see the entrance to Pattard straight ahead. There is a sign saying Pattard Restaurant & Pattard. Follow the farm road passing a house on your right and The Granary is set back from the farm lane the only turning to the left after the buildings on your left. Car parking is in front of The Granary or in the yard to the left of The Granary as you face it.
The closest railway station is Barnstaple approx 25 miles.
