Ain't Misbehavin' is perfectly located in Big Bear Lake. It is only steps to Meadow Park, Swim Beach and the Lake, and less than a mile from The Village. For winter fun, Snow Summit and Bear Mountain are only minutes away. Now with level 2 EV car charger!!

When you arrive at this rustic, comfy non-smoking cabin nestled among the trees, you are welcomed in by a cozy deck - the perfect place to sit and take in the mountain air. Inside, you will feel at home as you kick back on the comfy leather sofa in front of the rock fireplace and watch a Netflix movie or Blu-ray movie on the large 58" Flat HD Screen TV. There is also an assortment of fun board games that you and your family can play into the wee hours of the evening.


The Kitchen and Dining Room have everything you need to prepare and enjoy a family meal. If you want to eat outdoors, you can do some grilling on the propane BBQ and eat under the stars. Later, take a relaxing soak in the Spa or play cornhole, ladderball or giant Jenga. Big Bear Lake and Ain't Misbehavin' is very dog friendly. Your dog(s) will love our large fully fenced backyard and the dog park is just a few houses away.


When it is time to turn in for the night, the Master Bedroom has a comfy, Queen Bed and HD Flat Screen TV. The Guest Room has Twin over Full Bunk Bed and a HD flat screen as well. The remodeled Bathroom has a beautiful, slate shower.

Great cabin, silly rules
It’s a cute, clean cabin with a large fenced backyard. Also great location - there is a waterfront park maybe a block from the house, and the village is within walking distance. I didn’t give 5 stars because asking us to bring our own sheets/blankets to cover furniture as well as our own hot tub towels is kind of ridiculous. I’ve never been asked that by a vacation rental before.

Great introduction to Big Bear Lake!
Came up to check out the area and get away from the heat! Property was just as described. Had everything we needed. It was very clean and welcoming! Loved the big backyard that was fenced in for the dogs. The location was perfect. Close walking distance to the lake and the Village! Guy was great with communication and had lots of great ideas for us to do and see! Very positive experience and we will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at this cabin. It was perfect for two parents, two kids, and two pups. The backyard was a lot of fun with outdoor games and a hot tub. The yard was private with a tall fence as well. The kids enjoyed playing board games in the evenings. Easy access to park and the lake and a quiet street.

Cozy cabin
We had a wonderful time at the cabin. I booked it for myself, my husband, our 2 month old and our 4yo Lab. The backyard was perfect for the dog and my husband to run around. We were able to grill and enjoy the hot tub while the baby napped. Location is less than 5 minutes to the village, by car. It was relaxing, just like we needed. The floor is all hard stone so we just wore slippers and laid down 2 play mats to cushion it for the baby. Great time!

Perfect Cozy Cabin Getaway
We had a great time at Ain't Misbehavin'. Guy, the owner, was super professional and friendly. The cabin itself is beautifully decorated and super clean. We loved the hot tub, the large yard for our pup, the close proximity to walk to the lake, and the overall accommodations provided. We would definitely stay at one of there cabin again in the future.

The house was musty. The floors were dirty, The spa was dirty (Owner sent tech right away to add chemicals but the spa did not clear up until day 4 of our visit. The gas grill was dirty and needed the previous food scraped off the grates before use. The patio, patio table and spa cover were covered with bird excrement and needed to be hosed off before use
