what wasn’t wrong? the water in the sink was cloudy, there was hairs all over the floor and bathroom, floors were dirty and sticky, the fridge did not work and smelled rotten. The outside door would not lock, finally there was a dirty rag left waiting when we arrived i would assume from the lackluster cleaning crew.

Staff was friendly, it was clean, the bed was like sleeping on a sheet of plywood, nothing romantic about the flame in the fireplace could barely see the flame, there was only 1 wash cloth. Definitely not worth the money I spent.

An employee mistakenly entered our room with other guests and a dog while my baby was sleeping. The room was disappointing: stained blankets, dirty floors that left grime on our socks, creaky beds, and red stains on the ceiling and curtains. The staircase felt unstable. We were only given small towels, and the shower’s temperature indicator was faulty. Despite Expedia listing a crib, the hotel said they didn’t have one.
