This was such a great house. We had a blast and made many memories for a life time. The jacuzzi was a must for after snowboarding and we used it every night. We would definitely rent this location again!!!

Clean and cozy cabin, great location
We had a great stay over the weekend. The cabin was clean and cozy. The property manager was extremely responsive and helpful. The location is perfect… super close to the village and slopes. The teenagers were actually able to walk back from Snow Summit! Very pleased.

Great Property
The property location was great. Quiet neighborhood, close to hiking trails, beautiful in the snow. Very clean, but a couple of things that needed repair (like the ladder on the bunkbed). Our only complaint was that they gave us a code to the door that didn't work, so it took some texts and some extra time to actually get into the property.

Great location
Amazing location just a few minutes from the slopes and plenty of food and activities around. Cozy and comfortable. Nothing fancy but a great price. Note for the property managers: the upstairs shower door handle is broken and the tub spout drips. This really should be fixed as it is wasting water.

Overall excellent!
Everything was good. Only thing is that heater was so loud when it runs. I think because it is old house. And stair is so steep for my grandson. Everything else was perfect.

Cute cabin with nice quiet location
Loved the little cabin on a quiet cul de sac. It was very cozy and fireplace and spa a plus. I’m only giving 4 stars due to dust and spider(s). Also, some disrepair broken chair, stairs to bunk bed, outside fence. Property management offered to fix, but who wants their vacay disrupted? Also, no paper products or soap upon arrival but management was super speedy in bringing them. Lastly, the steep narrow steps are no joke! Make sure you are sure footed and strong enough to carry your suitcase!

Value for Price - get what you pay for
We found many quirky parts to this place that weren't detrimental to our stay. Disappointed in the broken hot tub (another review mentioned this almost 10 months ago). The worst part honestly was the beds. We had a hard time wanting to do anything because of the resulting pain. Lots of potential if an employee stayed over night to find /correct the quirks like tapped windows, missing light pull tabs, hot tub, etc.

No good
Well first of all the beds suck. Did jacuzzi only half the Jets working it it's totally run down and needs work to it. The showers have no water pressure at all. For what we paid for 3 days almost $1,000 it's totally not worth it I could have went to Laguna Beach for half of that for 3 days totally not worth it.

Read the contract carefully!
The property was in a great location, but was old with many small rooms. We rented to come and ride mtb. Unfortunately for us, a large forest fire broke out, and the National Forests throughout the state were closed. No biking or hiking. I have rented many properties before, almost always from the owner. This rental was through Turkey Rentals. There would be no cancellation, no rebooking to a weekend where we could use the forest. While they within their rights, I felt that working with an owner rather than a rental company , we would have had a different experience.

What a place to stay! We Loved IT!
The place was spotless, beautifully cleaned. There were Tide Pods left out, Tide Detergent left out for us to wash dishes and wash clothes. Everything in the entire home worked perfectly, the Jacuzzi was amazing, it was 29 degree's outside most of the week i stood there and i was in the Jacuzzi in the evening every night. TV's that had ROKU built in nearly every single room. Except the room i stood inclosest to the kitchen, that room had no TV, i'd say having one in there would be nice but it's no dealbreaker. This place is great! All the darts were there, even the dry erase marker worked. Horseshoes were so much fun with the kids. We will absolutely rent again hopefully before the year is over if Big Bear gets some snow this year and we can get a reservation in enough time. The only 1 gripe i have is the cost of cleaning. It's a double edged sword because the place was so clean when i got there i was extremely happy. I was just sour it was that much is all. :D We will be back! Thank you for letting us stay!

Great older cabin
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was beautiful very clean, tons of games. I just wish I knew how dangerously steep the stairs were. It was scary to go up and down.

Vacation with Grandkids
Wonderful time with family. The outdoor games made our time even more enjoyable. There were plenty of kids games and activities. Well stocked kitchen utensils. Exposed metal bolts in backyard concrete should be removed to prevent tripping hazards. Great place for 4 adults and two young kids. It would be nice to have replacement trash liners for trash cans.
