We chose to stay at Excalibur due to nostalgic memories of it being a cool and exciting place from my childhood. While there were some positives, our stay left us a bit disappointed. The constant sales pitches from the timeshare representatives were frustrating and detracted from the experience. The grounds and facilities had a nice aesthetic but felt noticeably run down. Additionally, the entire property had a strange smell, likely a combination of smoking and attempts to mask it. Our room was clean and comfortable, but it wasn’t the one we had originally booked. While we did get a tower room, it was of lower quality, and the view was underwhelming. On the positive side, we appreciated the convenient location, and The Tap restaurant was a highlight—definitely worth a great review. Despite the drawbacks, we will likely return at some point, as there’s still something charming about the property and its location.

Only complaint was, I had a reservation. And when I got there they told me they were fully booked. They ended finding us a room at the Hilton which was a lot smaller and a smaller bed than which we were originally booked.

Beautiful property. Had an issue with the room when checking in - wasn’t properly ready, and it was solved. Great service. Nice room and view.

This is a good property but not a great property. Room service is somewhat limited but acceptable, and the room decor area and amenities are ok. The location is fine for those with a car (my case).

Good place to stay. Walkways leading to the room are a bit dated. The room itself is spacious. The showers and bath amenities are very average.
