The Palazzo Hotel in Orlando has a mix of strengths and weaknesses, making it suitable for some travelers but not ideal for others. Location: The hotel’s location is its best feature. It’s just a short drive from Orlando’s top attractions like Disney World and Universal Studios, with plenty of nearby dining and shopping options, including outlet malls. Business travelers will appreciate its proximity to convention centers. The surrounding area feels safe and accessible, making it great for families and solo travelers alike. Parking: The gated parking lot is secure and well-maintained, providing peace of mind for guests traveling with vehicles. It’s easy to access, adding convenience for those who plan to come and go frequently. Room Size: Rooms are spacious, offering plenty of space for families or groups. The extra room makes it easier to store luggage and relax after a long day. Negatives: Unfortunately, the beds are very firm and uncomfortable, which can make sleeping difficult. The bathroom layout is another drawback, with the sink located inside and no extra one outside, causing inconvenience for families or groups trying to get ready at the same time. The amenities are disappointing, especially the swimming pool, which feels like an afterthought. Breakfast, though clean and well-maintained, has very limited options, making it more functional than enjoyable. Despite renovations, the building’s age shows, detracting slightly from the overall experience

I'll be back at this resort sooner than later. The staff was friendly, my suite was excellent and it was a very comfortable stay.

Very difficult to get around no one tells you what's on premise or seems to care.
