"Clean rooms, friendly staff, some upgraded facilities and a nice breakfast. For the price this is a great place to stay. The pool area could use some renovations and the hot tub jets didn’t work but it was still fun for the kids. This is a great place to stay if you’re passing through for a night or two but if you want to enjoy Livingston, stay downtown as this place is closer to the highway and more ideal for “passing through.” I would definitely stay here again with kids. It was perfect for our family. "

"The room was really nice and clean. There was a kitchen with a big refrigerator and sink and supplies. The bathroom was bright and had big bottles of shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. There was a nice big table we could use for our computer. There was a sofa in a nice seating area. The breakfast was really nice and the lobby was clean with lots of seating. Lots of plugs for electronics."

"My wife and I had our son and daughter-in-law join us for the week. We spent three days on the river on guided float trips to fly fish. Beautiful experience and caught some nice fish. Two visits to the park were great. The park is awesome and gigantic. The house is located on the river and was very well equipped and comfortable. Much bigger inside than it looks from the outside. Enjoyed Livingston, too."

"Relaxing and restful! This vacation rental was absolutely one of the best properties we have stayed at. The beds were comfortable, allowing for a restful night and importantly, the kitchen was stocked with all kitchen items necessary to make our own meals or pack a lunch for our trip to nearby Yellowstone National Park. We enjoyed the scenery each morning of the mountains as we sipped on a cup of coffee enjoying the peace and quiet of our location. Our host Robin was delightful and accommodating to every question and request. We look forward to our next trip to Livingston and will arrange our dates based on the availability of this excellent rental property!"
