"I had to be in Livingston for work and my 23 year old was visiting from Tennessee. While I was at work, he and his sister explored. We then came “home” each night to cook dinner, watch movies, and relax. This was the perfect house for us. Parking was a bit of an issue, but nothing we could not handle. "My wife and I had our son and daughter-in-law join us for the week. We spent three days on the river on guided float trips to fly fish. Beautiful experience and caught some nice fish. Two visits to the park were great. The park is awesome and gigantic. The house is located on the river and was very well equipped and comfortable. Much bigger inside than it looks from the outside. Enjoyed Livingston, too."

"Loved this property for our stay in Montana! Great location and beautiful views. The boys would have loved to have river access from the property but we knew up front that we did not. Property was clean and well stocked. Only think that would have made it 100% perfect for us would have been air conditioning. It was cool enough at night but we didn’t do well sleeping with the windows open. Loved it overall!"

"The his house was the best rental we have ever stayed in. It did not feel like a rental at all. Tia property is gorgeous and clean and very well stocked! We had teens and two young adults with us and everyone felt like they had their own space. The pool and hot tub are an added bonus. We loved using it at the end of a day of adventures. Thank you!!!"

"First off the host is extremely responsive. Anything I needed he responded fast and took care of it. The drive in is long. This is stated in the description. Drive slow and you will see pronghorn, mule deer some very nice bucks, bunnies, fox, coyotes, a man bear with two cubs and of course cows. The cattle guesses should give that away. We enjoyed our drive in/out immensely. It rained while we were there. The road had big holes and became bumpy in spots. If you have a low profile vehicle...
