Custer’s Last Cast
10/10 Excellent
"This spot is in a great location between town and 3-Mile. The house has an excellent view of the river from the big back porch, which was a great way to bookend our days and exchange fish stories. The owner was a very good communicator and always responded quickly to any questions, and gave helpful recommendations when we had hiccups to our trip. The Wi-Fi was good so it was easy to send off any emails and correspond to work or home. We cooked two big meals a day, and although the kitchen could use a couple more items, it met our needs. I recommend this house to anyone heading to Fort Smith for a vacation. Great location, nice and comfortable home, great view, and a responsive and helpful owner."
"We arrived at almost midnight and booked online. There was nobody at the front desk since they go home for the night. I called the number and I believe his name was Steve? He got out of bed and came right down! Check in was fast and he was so friendly.
The room was nice and clean and looked to be newly remodeled. Big cute barn door to the bedroom and an adorable refrigerator. Furnishings were still outdated but we were literally there to sleep and head out.
The town of Lovell reminds me of my hometown so I felt right at home. Pretty good stay I would say.

10/10 Excellent
"The Bunkhouse was absolutely perfect! Clean, quiet, and loaded with rustic charm. The property owners were so welcoming, and hospitable. We loved our daily visits with the horses - and the scenery was gorgeous! Hiked in Bighorn Canyon - literally minutes away! Loved every minute of our stay! Thank you Nancy and Steve for sharing your little slice of Heaven!"
"Check in was quick and efficient. The woman who checked me in. She was a pleasure to deal with. Very personable. Older property. Everything was clean. Bed was comfortable. Very quiet. We had a good night sleep. If for whatever reason you're on a budget. I highly recommend this motel."
