"Firstly, this hotel is not connected to the airport regardless what they advertise on hotels.com. it is a taxi ride away, it took me 15 minutes in a taxi from domestic arrivals to get there. I expect it would take a little less for International arrivals. Either way, it's a lie and it's not connected to the airport in any way whatsoever.
I got to check in and was told they didn't have my booking, I spent 30 minutes on my phone communicating with Hotels.com customer service trying to sort it...

"Check in was on the 11th floor. Please note that the taxi will drop you on the main road and you will have to walk about 3 mins to the hotel. You will arrive at level 4 or 5, and proceed to take the elevator to level 11.
The only staff i met during the stay was the counter staff. She was nice and friendly. However, the room was cleaned throughly everyday.

"The location is very convenient, and even though the hotel is a bit old, the cleanliness and service are quite good! The buffet breakfast at restaurant is also tasty! The front desk staffs , Wang Xia (王霞） and Shu Jiaojiao（舒娇娇） have excellent attitudes and professionalism! It's a highly recommended hotel to stay in!"
