This is my second stay at this hotel, and is very much worth it. The location is very convenient to explore the city, the area is nice and close to the main highways and the city center. Staff are amazing, in particular our friend Felix. They give you the best tips and advise on where to visit and eat. The rooms are modern, very comfortable and spacious. Will definitely return!

Fine hotel in Bilbao. Rooms are very small. Had trouble putting both of our suitcases in places where they were not in the way at night. Hotel was very clean and staff was friendly. There are hotels with better locations but we enjoyed our stay there

The coffee machine was not efficient. Some days there is no brewed coffee. Front desk and server in the dining area were very polite, though. House keeping greets us "ola."
